After ordering you receive the lab form by e-mail. It also states whether you need to be fasted.
3. Give blood near you
Take the form to a participating collection point. At most locations you can simply walk in.
4. Results with doctor review
Your results are usually ready within 2 working days, with a personal explanation from a doctor.

Can I get my blood drawn without an appointment?
At most participating collection points you can walk in during opening hours without an appointment. Each location page shows whether you can walk in or need to book.
Can I get a blood draw without a referral?
Yes. You order your blood test online at Bloodworks, without a GP referral. With the lab form you receive by e-mail you can go straight to a collection point.
What do I bring to the collection point?
Your lab form, on your phone or printed, and a valid ID. Your confirmation e-mail states exactly what applies to you.
Do I need to be fasted for the blood draw?
That depends on your test. Whether you need to be fasted is stated on your lab form and in the confirmation e-mail. Drinking water is always fine.
Where can I get my blood drawn?
At more than 1000 collection points across the Netherlands, from major cities to smaller towns. The location finder quickly shows a location near you, with filters for Saturdays or after 4 pm.
